Almost 50 feet of magic carpet ride from tip to stern. Sargasso is the ultimate in safety and speed under sail, with all of the amenities you would want or need to make your time away from shore, whether two hours or two weeks, a comfortable and luxurious experience. What makes Sargasso special is her center cockpit, deck salon design. What this means for our guests is an especially spacious cockpit, plenty of space up front to ride the bow and a unique after deck where there’s an abundance of room to spread out and lounge in the sun or chill out in our bean bag chairs without ever having to move because of lines or sails being maneuvered. Sargasso also has a very large step down scoop transom making getting in and out of the water a breeze for anyone.
Down below Sargasso’s deck salon design is what separates her from the pack. She’s like a luxury B & B’s on the water with all the comforts of large hotel suite. A full set of stairs easily brings you into the unusually roomy main salon and galley with 7’ of headroom and seating for eight. All three of her spacious private cabins have 6.5 feet of stand up headroom, no crawling into beds under low ceilings, no V berth that makes it challenging for two adults to sleep comfortably. All three cabins have excellent queen sized mattress’s, not foam, down pillow tops, 400 thread count European sheets, light down comforters and all our pillows and mattress’s are encased in protective covers to ensure hygienic conditions. The stern master queen cabin is the largest, with its own full size shower/bathtub. The adjacent stern queen cabin share a separate toilet/shower facility and both cabins can be closed off to become a two room private suite. The forward queen cabin has a small settee and has its own private bath/shower. Generally one cabin is kept for the captain to ensure you can enjoy some privacy. No crew sleeping in the salon, or on deck.
